Refund & Return Policy

At Clark & White Co., we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because many of our products are personal-use beauty and hair items, we have specific return requirements to protect the health, safety, and quality of every customer order.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Free from makeup, fragrance, hair products, smoke, or other odors
• In its original packaging
• Returned with all tags, lace, bands, combs, packaging, and accessories intact

Hair or wigs that have been worn, brushed excessively, cut, colored, bleached, washed, styled, chemically treated, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

For lace wigs and lace products, the lace must remain completely uncut and unaltered.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic, lash, or personal-care products are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Authorization

Please contact Clark & White Co. before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Clark & White Co. shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Clark & White Co. is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Do not wear, wash, alter, cut, or style the product before contacting us, as doing so may prevent us from verifying the condition of the item.

Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Changes to color, length, style, shipping address, or other order details may not be possible once processing has begun.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, promotional items specifically identified as non-returnable, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or another issue outside of Clark & White Co.'s control, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Processing and Shipping Delays

Refunds will not normally be issued solely because an order is still within the processing or estimated shipping timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
